I created this club for first time C-Suite Executives.
Do you feel like an imposter? Are you trying to figure it all out while being seen as ‘perfect’ to your boss or team?
In my previous career, I was a successful executive & rose the ranks to be Chief Revenue Officer at an AdTech start-up. From the outside looking in, my career trajectory looked glorious. I enjoyed my work; but I also felt isolated. I struggled with finding balance and fulfillment in what I was doing.
I know that doing anything for the first time is scary. It’s uncomfortable, frustrating and drains your confidence.
Creative solutions to tackle business challenges
With the help of a coach, I started paying attention to where I was getting lit up. It was always in support of helping others. It came so easy for me to help my colleagues and team find their voice, discover their authentic leadership style & conquer imposter syndrome (aka - that pesky little voice inside that tells you that you’re not good/smart/qualified enough).
So, I made the decision to leave my successful career & support others in this awesome predicament. I mean, you are at the C level! Congratulations - that's a huge deal! Yet, to be candid, the qualifications that got you there aren’t always the skills you need to thrive there.
I was trained by the Co-Active Training Institute which has been backed by Harvard Medical School as the “gold standard of coaching”. Combined with Positive Intelligence, I have developed my own methodology which uses creative solutions to tackle business challenges.
